I like the cheese

IDK what everyone was whining about. I ordered it sort of reluctantly but as a chef I can agree this is a decent product and a good quantity too. It adds a salty cheesy additional taste and is plain amazing.

This tastes exactly like the stuff you pick up from a US supermarket. People complaining it tastes like sawdust - the original product on the us tastes like cheese flavoured sawdust too. If you want something that's flaky and will survive room temperature you need to add a ton of additives Which will make it taste this way. You want a proper nutty tasting parmigiano reggiano, go buy the real thing. But if like me, you're stuck in a tier 2 City with no access to the real stuff, be thankful such a product exists and be prepared to lower your standards.

I've never had parmesan cheese but wanted to try it out cause all these food content creators talked about how awesome it is and I'd seen them use it in pasta, pizza and other stuff. It didn't really taste like anything to me. Of course there would be a lot of difference between the real thing and grated product that's supposed to have a longer shelf life etc, but this was quite flavourless. I was expecting to be hit by an intense cheese flavour but it was very mild. Will have to try the real thing in Italy then I'll pass any judgement lol, a five star for now as a placeholder cause it was the product I ordered and has about 6 months till its best before date so that's good.

Got the delivery in expected time and was satisfied with the packaging. But the cheese itself is only good. Really not worth so much.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought it on 14th April 2025 & kept it in refrigerator after opening. It show very bad odour. Not satisfied

It was one of the best parmesan I have tasted in India.

Not the best parmesan cheese but surely does its job! made Alfredo and Mac and cheese pastas with this and it tasted wonderful!
