Ok, to clarify for starters. I am a pasta fanatic. I love pasta and I live for it. Sadly with that love came with the price of extreme weight gain. This made me upset of course, and I was looking for alternatives. Miracle noodles? Sure theyre 0 calories but...BLEGH! THE TASTE IS HORRIBLE. But this. This delicious product balances flavor AND health. Its the perfect middle ground. I was able to make the same portion of pasta id usually make before but with even more benefits such as low calories and a healthy serving of fiber. This truly is the best product and nothing could replace that.

I absolutely love this pasta! It’s low in carbs, has an amazing texture, and is healthy too. I never feel guilty eating it, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

This was not bad. They need to be cooked slightly longer than the pkg instructions. Taste was pretty decent. Would like to try the other pasta shapes.

I purchased this pasta several months ago and it just sat there in my pantry. I really didn’t want to actually try it. I have tried every pasta substitute only to be horribly disappointed. I like my pasta more well done than al dente. I was afraid that the pasta would come out gooey so I kept an eye on it. It came out perfect! I only ate a small amount because I didn’t want any gastric problems…I had no problem at all. I am very pleased with the flavor and texture of this pasta. I will continue to purchase this brand. It’s well worth the price.

This is the first brand of carb friendly pasta that I have found other than Carba-nada fettuccine that has a similar texture to regular pasta. It is firm, chewy and not mealy at all. It doesn’t disintegrate upon cooking in water. Unfortunately, Carba-nada doesn’t make other pasta shapes with their noodle recipe. I have tried Fiber Gourmet in the two shapes that Amazon carries, and I highly recommend both.
