Baker's Angel Flake Coconut, 14 oz Bag (Pack of 6)

Soft, sweet, moist and delicious right out of the bag ir in your favorite recipe! Buying this in bulk was a lot cheaper than buying per bag at my local store, and has allowed me to make pina colada popsicles, pineapple upside down cake, cherry-pineapple-coconut-sliced almond dump cake...just to name a few. Tonight I am making Thai pizza and am sprinkling some of this into pineapple and fresh cherries as a side. Yum!

The bakers coconut is the only coconut I like to use! These were sent in the original packages, nothing was opened. I would definitely buy again when baking with coconut. This is the only one you should use.

As a frequent ice cream maker, I end up with a lot of extra egg whites. My favorite use for these is to make macaroons and this coconut is great for that. It's tender and sweet. I ended up subscribing to a box every 6 months because it was cheaper than getting at the store and my family looks forward to a batch of treats every month.

Bakers coconut is the best. When you can't find it in your local store, order it from Amazon.

You can not find this in any of the groceries within a 100 miles of where we live. I thought maybe they didn’t make it anymore and I decided to try and find it online. I was so pleased to find it here and it’s very fresh. A little high, but worth it.

This stuff is fantastic. It enhances the flavour of coconut cake & dessert recipes. I used it instead of desiccated coconut and it makes a cake more moist. OK it's more expensive than buying desiccated coconut but well worth it. Couldn't resist just eating it straight from the bag, had to stop myself as there wouldn't have been any left for cooking with.
