Consistent quality and freshness remained consistent after six months of storage.
Six month update - Used the last of the yellow corn tortillas today and, save for two tortillas near the bottom of the last bag (I bought one four bag set) which had some sticking and cracks, solid performers. Tortillas were stored in Augason Farms used emergency food cans with some dissicant in the bottom and at around 55-65F and 60% humidity, both in the house and outside in a food storage building. No complaints. Original review below - After two years of solid performance from the white corn tortilla 80 packs, I tried the yellow corn on this order, along with ordering more white corn, and am not disappointed. Items arrived in good condition and fresh via FedEx from the seller and the tortillas go into the beef fat for fish tacos right out of the bag. Supple, not dried out, not flimsy or breaking, excellent. I like the small size, under six inches, for ease of storage in my old survival food cans, they fit perfectly, and for smaller portion sizes for an old person. Recommend!

misrepresentation……Not completely gluten free ….
Product is not what I was expecting. I ordered these tortillas because the writeup stated that they were gluten free, showing the gluten free words on the front of the package. The ones I was sent do not have “gluten free” shown anywhere. They also state on the back of the package that they were made in a facility that also processes wheat. For people as sensitive as I am that makes them a danger to my health. I am sorry that I wasted $17.95 on these unusable tortillas. That included $8.59 in shipping charges. I will never order these again. Will take these to the local food pantry.

The corn taste I was looking for!
Just what I wanted! I just ordered to many had to freeze. Hope they last frozen! Perfect for enchilada casserole!

Most Excellent Taste !!
Was hesitant to buy these online but was tired of the past pull date, stale tortillas at my local store. These were fresh, packed well and shipped quickly. Delicious and well made. Will buy these again !

Our "go to" tortillas
Our "go to" tortillas. Great to be able to get these during the quarantine. Perfect for tacos,enchiladas,etc.

Not fresh
They were a bit stale, and falls apart easily. Was able to make at least 5 out of about 10 taco shells because they fell apart.

Can't find the yellow corn in local groceries. They are far superior to the white corn.
