Didn't expect these to be drownish looking dry material. And so. Much bigger than the usual vitamin D oil. But, they go down with out any problem at all. Even my husband agreed they are easier to swallow even tho they are larger and capsule form.

I was very impressed!! Easy to swallow and organic. Price was reasonable for the amount.

This B complex is very well priced and it’s organic from food sources. I only take one capsule as I feel that is enough to top up what I get in my meals.

Good idea for a product where most b vitamin doses are very high or are made of seed powder (and seeds can produce toxic compounds for protection, so i'm doubtful about those). I was sceptical because i spread out the powder and couldn't see any riboflavin in it only small specs of white, riboflavin is bright orange. But its only a very small amount mixed into the brown carob so i tested 2 to see if it would cause yellow urine later on and it did, which is what riboflavin does. so checks out. the product doesnt contain all the ingredients , theyre mixed together and the b vits separated from them
