I bought these for my wife so that she could have extras on hand to use during the night so she wouldn't have to clean after every pumping. She says they work just as good as the original Medela pumping parts. At first I did not like the one piece design, as I just needed the part that the "horns" attach to. But Now that I have cleaned the single unit design multiple times it is easy to clean. Only thing is that it takes up more space as it is not detachable. The price is very nice though! $10 for extra parts that makes pumping at night easier is worth it. Pick you up a pair!

These are fine except if you use any sort if hands free pumping garment you can't separate the flange from the other part. Like it says in the description 'one piece.' Tubing also enters at the top not the bottom of the back cylinder so it's less likely you'll get milk in the tubing. 4 stars because the all one piece design is a little more annoying to clean.

Parts fit well with my Medela Pump. after about 3 months of use a small piece of plastic chipped off one of the membranes. I emailed the seller, Esther House, and they immediately responded for me to stop using and issued me a credit to purchase replacement parts. impressive customer service. thank you!

They work well but getting the valves off for cleaning can be a real challenge. The plastic is a tight fit so make sure not to press it together to hard or you will tear a membrane taking it off.

The membranes are more floppy than true Medela brand. I find myself having to replace them often to keep it airtight. THe quality seems to reflect the price. I also found out I prefer the several parts to one all-cohesive part. It is really tricky to wedge this guy into a pumping bra!
