Setting this up on my back deck was easier than I expected, and it has been a nice way to get a sauna feeling during cold weather. The tent arrived packaged well and everything I needed was in the box. I like that the chair is included, becase it makes the whole setup feel complete right away. On P09 mode, warm up time is about 15 minutes for me, then it gets properly steamy inside. I have been using it in the backyard and it feels cozy once the heat builds up, even when the air outside is chilly. The zipper and openings line up fine and I can get in and out without fighting it. One small thing I appreciated is that the chair height works well with the space, so I am not crouching or awkwardly sitting. My only real complaint is the instructions could be clearer about where to place the steam outlet hose. I found it works best when the steam outlet is under the chair, but that took a bit of trial and error. Also need to figure out the fabric, if I need to put it under sauna. After that, it has been consistent and relaxing. Overall it does what I wanted and I use it more than I thought I would.

I got this sauna after using a friend's and it has not disappointed. It's SO easy to put together and use, and I love being able to break it down and tuck it away in between use. It helps me feel refreshed and less bloated after too much salt (or let's be real, margaritas) and helps soothe sore muscles post-workout. If you're wanting an at-home sauna that isn't as permanent as a wood box that needs a place to live, I definitely recommend this product!

Heats up in a few minutes. relaxing. Idk if it really makes you sweat but it’s nice. The chair is small and uncomfortable though. I’m small and it was digging into my legs
