I have honestly never left a bad review, but I was so very disappointed in this machine. It is all plastic and in my opinion maybe worth $30 tops. It does not shave the ice as described. You do not get a slushy consistently . We ended up reverting to our Jimmy Buffet machine. I wish I could just get my money back.

The Icee slushy machine was a hit for my granddaughter’s 8th birthday. Tasted just like from the store, but the consistency wasn’t as smooth. Noisy, but you’re crushing ice…so is a blender. Not really user friendly—follow directions closely and it works. All-in-all, I’m happy with this product so far. Time and use will tell how durable it is.
