I am looking for this hinge, but I need to see the screws. The screws I am looking for are plastic underneath with a locking screw on top....

Will these work with a 1" thick door?

Yes the 71B3550 will work with a door up to a maximum 1" thick, if you have a door thicker than 1" they do make a thick door hinge that can handle a door up to 1-3/16" thick.
