Used it on my plastic garden storage box, Had to modify bracket as this is not its intended use, but works fineWhy did you choose this product over others?:Stated dimensions and eyelets size plus capacity.

Similar dimensioned part to the original part but which is now obsolete, however, the eyelet rod ends are much thicker than the original at 8mm thick instead of 3mm thick so had to seriously modify the mounting brackets and replace the pivot pin and circlip mounting hardware with unsightly bolts and nuts.
