This stuff is outstanding! Super spicy and fresh! I've had a lot of ground ginger and this stuff is as good as it gets.

This is easily one of the best ginger powders I’ve used. The aroma is vibrant and fresh, just like grated ginger, and the texture is super fine, no clumps or gritty bits. It blends smoothly into teas, baking, marinades, and homemade remedies. For the size and quality, it’s a great value. I’ll definitely reorder when I run out.
