I bought it on 2023 and this phone is awesome is still working. The only bad about it it's I can't use any type of digital payment with it but aside from that this works awesome and very durable I love it! Specially because it's unlocked and u can use it with any carrier. That's why I took the time to write a review because it's long lasting ❤️

Phones show how good they really are over a period of time, and I bought this one 10 days ago. so this review is preliminary. The look is great, the features all work, the camera is decent and comes with most of the bells and whistles, including night mode, and the battery life is OK, if not in any way exceptional. Not so common: the phone is Dual SIM + SD card, with three real spaces on the tray, so memory is vastly expandable, while the phone simultaneously operates on two SIMs. All in all, for just under $120, the phone is an incredible bargain. At a time when a cappuccino can set you back $6, it is close to incredible that such a device can be sold at such a low price.

Our daughter wanted a cell phone since she's staying after school for activities and going to friends parties, and this one was the one we chose. It works great with Tmobile, has the features she wanted, with lot of room to take photos. The battery life is good, but she doesn't use it constantly. She has a half hour limit per day. She has one app she uses, and it opens quickly as does texting. The phone is nice, it came with a case, and we added a screen protector. It is kind of large, but it works well for her.

I purchased this phone a few months a go and it went down and I could not receive calls. I called the 800 supplied by the mfg and got no answer. The recording says to call back when they are open; After several attempts, I found out that they no longer accepting phone contact, only chat. It would have been professional to say so on the recording instead of telling the customer to keep trying. Finally found the chat link and CS was not very helpful. Thy put me thru the ringer, trying to avoid a warranty return. After several emails and complaining, the reluctantly agreed to look at the phone. But the customer has to pay return postage. I would think under the 1 yr warranty, if the product is defective, the mfg should not be so petty as to not pay return postage. To summary ... I need to purchase a new phone now as I need the communication for medical reasons and the turn around will be weeks. Obviously, I will NOT purchase this brand again. P.S. Amazon was not helpful in this issue, and turned a blind eye when I requested assistance. -- not good !!
