I've been getting these for years now. It's important to me that they are fully natural. Which I can see when I take them. I can take them on an empty stomach without any side effects. Standard vitamins make me nauseous when taken on empty stomach.

I like terranova supplements because they are natural and food based, their iron worked very well for me so I decided to get a multivitamin now. Easy to swallow, I tend to take it with food or just after food, no after taste.
