Great book with plenty of techniques at the end

Very detailed information about stimulating the Vagus Nerve. I try to hum or sing when taking morning walks and I assume it helps my nervous system to settle down. I track my HRV with a Polar strap both before and after exercise and hope the stimulation makes a difference.
