At 48 going through menopause with hot flashes, leg cramps, tossing amd turning all night its alot. This is a freaking life saver. Works by the next day and I can surely tell when I forgot to take it. A must try if your having these symptoms.

I dont know what makes this magnesium different but it knocks me out when I take it before bed - which is what I want! I sleep much better after taking it, and don’t have to feel guilty for using something really unnatural or harmful over time.
