Q: Will the magnet affect the s pen in any way whatsoever? if so, in which ways? thank you.

I noticed the S-pen stylus screen taps/drags were not always recognized when using the Encased MagSafe case on my S23 Ultra and the MagSafe popsocket. Taking the popsocket off helped but it showed strong magnets affects the S-pen. Don't know if the same holds with this case but I went back to using a non-MagSafe case.

Q: I want the kickstand too how to get that one?

Not sure- it does not come with a kickstand
