私は乾燥肌で今まで石鹸で洗顔していました。 石鹸で洗顔する度に顔がつっぱりますので、毎回辛い思いをしていました。 ですが、泡洗顔に出会って私の生活は変わりました。 なにより使った後に顔がつっぱらないのでお風呂で辛い思いをしません。 乾燥肌の方は一度試してみる価値があると思います。

疲れて帰ってきても簡単に落とせるので重宝しています。 乾燥肌の自分には合っているようです

お風呂用に購入。肌にやさしくて泡がしっかりしていて良いです。

泡立ちがよく使い心地もいいですね。 洗浄力もいいと思います。簡単な化粧なのでよく落ちています。

他の商品が残っているので未使用です。 ３Dが新発売されたような？ 失敗かな？ 残商品？

今まで使ってたものより自分の肌にあっているようなので、よかったです。

洗いあがりはつっぱらないけどメイクが落ちたカンジがしないかな。

Been using the same brand of cleanser 4 years now and never been happier. Not too drying on the skin and easy to use. I tried both foam type and paste type, my skin seems to prefer this. Anyway, delivery was good, items packed nicely with air bags. Will buy again from this seller if they continue to have this item in their inventory.

This is a great cleanser I use in the morning and night. I use one pump and it's so foamy! Other cleanser I'd have to use more or spend a longer time to get a nice lather. I know this cleanser is fragrance-free, but I smelled some sort of odd odor when it was spreading it over my face. I'm not sure what it is because I opened the bottle and smelled it and the smell wasn't there. I also smelled my fingers but that wasn't it either. So, I'm not too sure. The smell wasn't horrible but I guess it may take me some time to get used to. After washing my face with this my face is not oily nor dry, but I do know I need to put on products afterwards or else it'll be really dehydrated. Some say the new formulation has stripped their skin, but I wouldn't say that happened to me (I have very oily and sensitive skin). So after cleansing, I would continue with the rest of my skincare routine and it would feel very plump and hydrated afterwards.

I've spent most of my adult life on a search for my own holy grail of facial cleansers, and here it is. After plenty of frustration with other options, from apricot scrub back when we thought that was a good idea to high-end products from specialty stores. I recently started reading about Asian skincare online and decided to try it because why not - my previous routine wasn't doing me any favors, and starting fresh sounded appealing. I have gradually added and switched products so I can see what really works and know if any particular product causes me to break out or react. I have oily, aging skin - so no wrinkles, but definite blackheads and afternoon oil slicks. I started with an oil cleanser and my previous, more typical facial cleanser ( Cetaphil ) and didn't see any major changes, but didn't break out, either, so I replaced the Cetaphil with this cleanser from Hada Labo. To get to the point, my skin looks amazing. Using this in conjunction with an oil cleanser, my skin is super soft, looks more glowy (from within, not like it has an oily sheen), AND - and! - patches of blackheads that have stubbornly persisted for years have started to vanish. No kidding. I've had three weeks of regular use and it just keeps getting better so far. The experience of using the cleanser is nice; it comes in a foaming pump so is light and a little goes a long way. It foams more on the face, especially if you use a konjac sponge as I do. It doesn't have a heavy scent, and doesn't smell too chemically, at least to my nose. It rinses away easily and doesn't leave my face feeling tight and dry - though, as I mentioned, I do have oily skin. Still, other cleansers have left my skin dehydrated; this doesn't. After cleansing, even without moisturizer, my face feels soft and stays that way for a few hours. I have since added moisturizer, and I understand the HLA in this cleanser is supposed to help with absorption. I believe that it does, though I have no scientific way to measure that. I will definitely rebuy this and keep using it, hopefully forever, or until/unless my skin changes. Highly recommended.

Great daily facial soap! I have been getting into asian skincare slowly, one product at a time. When I was happy with my lotion mask method, I added a new serum, then an essence, and finally soap. Backwards -yes- but it was easier on my budget and made sense to me. Oil washes are good for heavy makeup users, but I don't wear a lot of makeup, just concealer and powder as needed. Due to my light makeup use, I opted for Hada Labo's Gokujyn foam (specifically to match my Gokujyn lotion). It's fantastic! The scent is slightly clinical, but I got used to it quickly. The lack of scent makes it easy to start my day with, plus my husband doesn't mind using it because it is neutral. The pump works simply and easily, plus it came with a brace so the pump wouldn't accidentally depress in transit. After removing the clip-on brace, I pumped the pump a few times to work the product into the shaft. Once it was primed and ready, I splashed my face with warm water and dispensed some soap into my hand. The foam is smooth, and easily lathers. In one brief wash my makeup was removed entirely, and my face felt clean. After rinsing and patting my face dry, I apply the Gokujyn lotion, then moisturize as I need. Since I have been washing twice a day with this foam, I have fewer breakouts because the cleanings are more effective. It took a while to arrive, but it's worth the wait.

This face wash was recommended to me by a dermatologist for its thorough yet gentle cleansing. I've used it for years and highly recommend. It does a good job of removing my makeup, except for mascara. I like the instant foam and smooth texture. It leaves no sense of residue behind.
