Perfect for smaller gardens
Bought for my 4 year old grandson. Clear assembly instructions. Took a few hours to put together but we'll worth the time. Can't get my grandson off it, he loves it.

Missing parts and still waiting over 2 months!
The structure, slide and swings are of good quality no issue with the product quality at all and met our expectations. However, my issue is that I have been waiting 2 months for missing parts since the order was place and it doesn’t look likely to be getting delivered anytime soon ready for my daughter’s first birthday on Aug 18th.I was advised by Customer Services the missing parts would be delivered within a matter of days of my email to the company and I’m still waiting, I was provided a tracking number for DX Freight which does not exist on their system.Product is excellent, to expect to receive all parts in bulk is likely not going to happen. The delivery driver did warn me himself he is aware of these types of issues with historical customers with the company. Now raised directly with Amazon to resolve.

Daughter is happy!
Disclaimer: I’ve painted in a wood treatment paint separately from the original order. This was pretty easy to put together. As a disabled solo parent with some DIY skills it took me around 6-7 hours to complete it on my own.I was missing 1 of the packages of parts as 1 was duplicated, but the customer service sent out the replacement, which was received a few days later.I will say that it doesn’t feel as sturdy as I expected, the wood definitely doesn’t support adult weight and the whole thing does move a fair amount, despite being screwed together tightly with the supplied hardware, but since this is for my small 6 year old, I’m assuming it’ll last a few years until she’s not as interested in it anyway. I wouldn’t buy it if she was any older though as it’s not sturdy enough for larger kids.I love that it’s mostly wood components, although I feel like I need to get rubber mats to stop it rotting on the bottom during the wet weather as there’s no protection for it if you situated it on grass, as 99% of people do! I also feel it’d benefit from ground anchors, as it moves a lot whilst my daughter is on the swing, but unfortunately these don’t come with it either. It does feel a bit like this is made more for company profit margins than to be the best product it can be for the consumer, but it’s also not the most expensive on the market, not by far!The instructions are fairly straightforward although they’re definitely missing things that would have made the whole process much easier, so be sure to study the illustrations really hard and look at the photos of the finished product because certain things aren’t shown, such as the bolt holes for the roof and which way they go to fit for the end result, it’s too easy to get this wrong and end up drilling fresh holes, like I did! For a professional, it should be easy enough and these things way more obvious!

Climbing frame
My daughter who is 6 years old saved up to buy a climbing frame. When we received it. The slide was broken. I contacted the seller the next day and three days later, a new slide arrived. I can’t thank this company enough for their help and understanding this climbing frame is more than I imagined it would be it is fantastic and it didn’t take that long to put it up. I want to thank Elliott for all his help i’ve got a very happy little girl

Took 3 of us several hours to erect
Ordered this in January and the delivery went missing so after a month, got a full refund. Ordered again in March and only 8 of the 9 parcels turned up. The 9th arrived a day later. Yes, 9 separate parcels which come with separate instructions for the ladder, tower, swing, frame etc. 90% of the screws are not pre-drilled so for a novice, this is a slow, painstaking process requiring reasonable DIY skills. My grandson loves it and it does look good but the timber platform might struggle to support the weight of an adult.

Great garden fun for our daughter
Our daughter loves it. It is easy to assemble, the instructions are clear and it comes with all the accessories required including drills (you need your own driller obviously). It takes a bit of time to put it all together but the end result pays off.

Very solid
Took 2 of us about 4 hours to build. You have to drill your own guide holes so lots of measuring up. But for a garden with uneven ground that was probably for the best.Finished product is very good and feels robust.
