First of all - no where did I find that this item was for a COMMERCIAL machine - ugh. So now I have to figure out how much I need to use for a Ninja Creami machine. I'm not making up 2 gallons of soft serve ice cream. Thank you for nothing. update: The vanilla was opened. It had a small slit at the bottom.
