It's fine. Cheap side dish that is quick and easy to make. Consider putting a smidge less liquid than it calls for unless you have a while to wait for it to set up enough. It tastes pretty good. If you put some chicken in with it, you can have it as a meal.

Easy and convenient, kids and adults! Stir in a can of chicken, can of drained mushrooms, 1/2 cup sour cream, and 1 cup frozen peas-delocious! Or ...as a super simple side by itself.
