How many loops are in the package?

Description says over 300 loops.

I am looking for black nylon weaving loops. i hsve used cotton loops and they are awful for the project i am using them for.

Hello! The craft loops are 100% polyester, however, the refill kit does not come with black loops.

Are instructions for the jump rope included?
