These are one of my go-to items for breakfast. I like this High Protein because it is packed with protein but not a lot of sugar. Very handy to grab and go.

I’ve always thought these things were expensive but they do satisfy my appetite before I go to bed because if I eat anything solid before bed I get acid reflux… another thing I like is these don’t have to be refrigerated so if I run out of milk I can take one of these and dump it in a glass and then add the same container full of water and dump it in a glass and it makes a great substitute for milk

I was really speculating about getting this but now I see they can’t go by everyone’s review I actually received the exact amount that shows in the photo
