I have a very large ficus religiosa (Bodhi tree) in my rental flat that belongs to the landlord but is too big to get out. Anyway, after I moved in I noticed it struggling so bought a bottle of this and followed directions. Just a few feeds through winter and now more during growing season. Tree loves it! Loads of new foliage and lots of offshoots as well. You don’t need much. I put about five capfuls into a litre bottle and shake then pour over. Easy peasy.

My fiddle leaf fig, Tevye, is living his BEST LIFE thanks to this plant food! Once a week, I pour water into a measuring cup and stir in a capful or two according to the instructions/amounts listed on the bottle. I then water him with the water/food mixture in a large pot that has good drainage. He has really been thriving! I have seen a vast improvement in number of new leaves, as well as the quality of the new growth (very large in size; bold, vibrant green color; no discoloration or speckles; no shriveled edges.) I've had friends complain that fiddle leaf figs can be very finicky and are not suited for beginner plant owners. I don't believe this to be true. In my opinion, this specialized food is the main reason that I've had no problems with mine to date. If you are planning to invest in a FLF (and I say "invest" because they are pretty expensive compared to your average houseplant), make sure you buy a bottle of this stuff to keep him (or her) happy. As long as the pot is the right size for your tree, has good drainage, and you do not overwater or place in direct sunlight (those leaves will FRY), then even the newest of plant moms or dads should be successful. Note: I saw some reviews saying this does or does not work for other houseplants. Well, that's not its intended use. I have not used this for other plants nor do I intend to. It's expensive enough as it is... I will keep it reserved for Tevya.

Took my fig tree to the next level, made it come back from being kinda sick. It was good value for the money, lasted many watering. The growth of the tree did very well, looks a lot more healthy.

My fiddle is over five years old. Really slow down on growth, and I wasn't sure if any more height or growth of new leaves were going to take place. After reading the reviews, I thought, why not give it a shot. The worst that could happen is that nothing happens. I diluted a cup of filter water in a red solo cup with 2 capfull of this liquid fertilizer. Went around and poured a little bit into each of my potted ficus plants. Then followed up with more water to fully water each plant for the week. After two weeks, on a friday morning this fiddle of mine sprouted a bud overnight. Refer to the first picture with the heart. By monday morning, this bud was the biggest bud I've ever seen on this plant and the stem it is on grew 1/2 inch out. Tuesday morning, the new leaf was protruding from the bud. Wednesday morning, that leaf was fully out, and revealed an inner second bud. Never seen this before! Refer to my 2nd picture. Thursday morning reveals that under the second new leaf, theres a 3rd inner bud! Can't wait to see if after that bud opens up if there's going to be a 4th bud!!!! I've never seen this layering lettuce effect before, it must be this fertilizer!!!!! Also notice the older bottom leaves not being so droopy anymore. This fertilizer is so amazing! Order it!
