Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect with this, but I’ve been using Burn i3O GLP1+ for a few weeks and it’s been solid. 4 weeks in, and no change. I've actually gained weight! There is no appetite suppressant at all. In fact, I feel hungrier now than I did before. My cravings, especially for sweets, have dramatically increased which is obviously very unhelpful. Don't waste your money.

Price was not bad, but I guess you get what you pay for... This product is average imo; not horrible but not great. I purchased this not wanting a stimulant enhanced fat burner because I'm trying to cut down on caffeine (I take a preworkout with 300mg caffeine). This product did seem to help with thermogenesis and heat the body temp up slightly, but not in the way a stimulant fat burner does. Also, there was no effect on added energy and did not help control hunger.

It seemed like I was eating less/less cravings for the first week but now the next two weeks i’m STARVING after I take it!! wtf? I am eating so much more than before.
