Best heart rate monitor in the market by far. I compared the metrics to those collected using a Polar H10 hrm chest belt and the results are amazing ! The Helio Strap has identical results to those coming from the Polar ! I even compared the sleep tracker to the one of the Apple Watch Ultra 2 and the results were very close. I'm really impressed by this device and by its price !

The Band worked just for a day and then stopped syncing the data, the alarm and the heart rate when starting a workout worked but normally it stopped syncing the data, also tried unpairing and then connecting again, restarting the phone but still did not work, the customer care told me to return or replace the device due to some issue, but I can see on Reddit that the problem is common. Update: Ordered it again after a month, because saw they updated the band, now it works great, happy with the device

The Amazfit Helio Strap is a solid product. Accuracy is great for swimming, running, and strength training. The only downside is the auto-workout detection, it sometimes logs random workouts when I’m just doing daily tasks, but hopefully this can be fixed with the next update (and it can also be turned off if preferred). Overall, I’m happy with the performance and results. I do recommend it since it’s pretty accurate and does the job without paying a fortune to access your own health data.

A great value in the fitness tracker space. No subscription and already seen updates that have improved performance. As that long as that keeps up, this is the best value in the space.

Very disappointing experience. The Amazfit Helio Strap stopped working within a few hours of use. It was charged to around 94%, then suddenly disconnected and never powered on again. No charging light, no response, and cannot pair anymore. Tried multiple chargers and troubleshooting with no success. Looks like a hardware or firmware failure. Not reliable, had to return it.

Worth it and some more and the software updates are amazing.

I found the design of this device to be a major issue. The strap is too short and fits very tightly, making it uncomfortable to wear on the wrist. The band quality is poor, and because of the specific design, there aren't really other options if you don't find the fit comfortable. The connected app is unorganized and difficult to navigate. More importantly, the data is not accurate, specifically regarding sleep tracking. It frequently claims sleep stats that simply do not match reality. While it gives a very basic idea of your health, the device is not worth it due to the physical discomfort and lack of precision.

Overall Verdict: Considering its features, performance, and accuracy, the Amazfit Helio Strap offers incredible value for money. You’re genuinely getting far more than what you pay for, especially compared to other fitness bands in the same category.
