I cannot always get any flavors I want at the store. This way I get what I want and they are really great for breakfast.

I buy this and the chocolate flavor. They come in liquid form too but I like the powder better because I make it with hot water for mess calories. I add in green matcha powder too. Basically a matcha latte. Extra protein and filling to curb appetite!
