I will give it 4 stars because it is exactly what it states it is. However, it is also a bit thin, and it feels a little bit flimsy. There is some downward flexing in the center, where the grid is the weakest. The metal grid is also not entirely smooth.

I purchased these for repotting plants! This size fits perfectly over the soil container I use (I make my own soil). So as I pot, instead of making a mess and or losing soil, everything drops right back where it came from. It works perfectly! And the stainless steel element is helpful since soil tends to have moisture.

These cooling racks are a really great great foritem to have. You don't have to worry about it folding up and your goodies go on the floor. Wish I had made this purchase at a earlier time. Great item for any baker to have.
