This Roebic product ranks high
My order ($500) was split. This item was shipped quickly and tracking was excellent. Other part of order 90%, no shipping info for nearly 2 weeks. Had to contact Amazon who issued a ticket for rapid shipping to meet original shippping date. Think they may be having inventory/ manufacturing delays.

I assume it does what it's intended to do
As it's flushed into the septic tank, I can assume it's doing its job. I use this once every 6 months to ensure my septic tank functions as it should.
