I’ve only been taking for about a week, so I’ve only noticed a new chances so far and I must say it’s been amazing so far. I have a sweet tooth, especially in the evening and I’ve noticed the past few days and I haven’t craved or even wanted sweets. I needed to bring a dessert to a party and I couldn’t figure out what to make cause sweets just didn’t sounds good at all! That’s huge for me!! I like to take it in the afternoon when I’m usually needing a pick me up. Gives me just enough energy to finish up my work day with no jitters and doesn’t keep me awake when it’s time to go to bed. Taste is good, I mix it with 8oz of water and chug it. Looking forward to seeing many more changes as I continue taking it!

I love everything kiwi strawberry, so out of the few options here, I thought that's be the best. I was wrong. My sister had the same reaction. We both immediately said it was too strong, added more water, then regretted making more to drink. I've gotten a bit used to the taste, but don't enjoy it at all. Not sure of the benefits overall, but I did notice a pretty immediate mood boost and a more regular period than I'd been havingin the weeks after starting use.

I’ve only been taking this for 10 days so I can’t say anything about long term results but I’m already feeling better and although it is sweet (you can just dilute it with more water if it’s too sweet for you) it tastes amazing!! I bought the blue raspberry as it’s one of my favorite flavors of candy. This definitely fills my need for something sweet! I look forward to it as my sweet treat in the afternoon. It mixes up just fine and tastes amazing!!

I never leave reviews but felt like I needed to for this one. First; this flavor tasted like sugary penicillin. It was almost impossible to mix. It would seem like it would all be mixed up and then I would take a drink and get a mouthful of gritty powder. This also made me feel really weird. My head would get tingly and start burning after I drank it and my eyes would get itchy. It also made me very tired almost dizzy. I’ve taken lots of supplements and never had this problem. Maybe I’m allergic to something in the ingredients. But just a warning! And also curious on if this bothered anyone else because I haven’t read any reviews that talked about this! Was really hoping this would work for me!

Great product. I def feel sluggish in the afternoon if I forget to drink it.
