Just returned from a 15-day trip to Europe, and when choosing a converter I liked how compact this unit was compared to others. It had all of the various different port connections that I required, so we were able to charge 4+ items that we had brought on the trip, so ideal functionality for what I was looking to obtain. The unit is solid and of high quality in my opinion. If you are looking for a compact yet functional voltage converter, I highly recommend this product.

Supposed to be a 220v to 120/110v converter. . . Used 1st time for wife -took 2 different brand nightlights, used for months at home, to support night blindness while in unfamiliar hotel rooms. Plugged 1st 2-watt nightlight in, and the light flashed on/off multiple times, then blew out. Okay, moved to another outlet and plugged 2nd low-watt nightlight in, and the light literally popped a couple of times, shot smoke out and died. Appropriate voltage? - input/output is 'yes'. Over-wattage problem? - definitely 'no'. Hertz problem? - not supposed to be. Do they back the product? - 30 days+ means it's yours, junk or not, per policy. Amazon doesn't even provide the means to address the product being defective. Should you buy and plug anything of value into this? - Hell, "NO"!

Fine quality and many of them

One star due to the fact that if you plug more than one phone in to charge it fails and disconnects /reconnects and doesn’t charge. Bought two and one unit fails if two phones and an Apple Watch are connected the other can’t even charge a handheld usb-c fan. Seemed to work for about a day or two just fine then they both failed. Wish I could return them because they are useless now.

I needed a converter for a trip to Europe to use with my roller brush. Worked well for about 5 days until a prong fell off and made it unsafe to use. Two stars for its function, but it certainly isn’t durable.

The first time I used it, it made buzzing noises when a computer charger was plugged in, popped, and then started smoking. Did not even get one day of use and now I need to find another adapter while Absolutely unacceptable quality, especially for the price

Has several places to charge, both plug and usb, which was great when overseas. Worked great

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, it destroyed my curler on the lowest setting in 3 seconds. It does not work for what it’s advertised to work for.
