自分はコロナ後遺症のために本品を使い始めました。 コロナ後遺症は脳神経へのダメージが大きく、ブレインフォグと呼ばれる症状が有名です。 仕事から生活までブレインフォグによる困難は多く、対処方が切実に求められています。 本品は脳神経細胞の直接の栄養で有り、期待通りの効果を発揮すると思います。

効果はあるのかわからない

個人の感想ですが、脳の動作メモリ容量空くというか、瞬間の判断とか一時記憶で保持できる概念が増えるというか、だいぶ軽くなる。おすすめです。

it's really good

Understand first that I am not a clinician and my experience is anecdotal. I'm 69 and for several months it seemed to me like I was having a harder time 'spitting out' a long or complicated sentence. It happened often enough that I noticed it. I've been using this product for a few weeks along with another (I won't mention here) and I'm certain that my train of thought is staying on the tracks better when I'm speaking. I know I'm doing better in that regard, absolutely, and I intend to keep using this product.

Not a bad review just a warning for people with blood pressure issues. Product worked great and I was able to focus more but noticed my blood pressure started to increase like crazy. 224/120 my normal is 130s/60s with my blood pressure meds. Stopped taking it and my blood pressure started to go down. I do get other vitamins from this brand and really love them.
