I ordered this product based solely on people's reviews. I received it today. The taste is not as bad as I read in the reviews. It is very convenient to determine the dosage and 120 servings in one bottle is very economical.

Has mother on second bottle. I assume it’s helping. Easy to take. Just add to a drink.

Liquid supplements have better absorption profiles especially sublingually and hence I opted for this liquid Spermidine supplement. It delivers 20mg per 0.5ml (and has a certified 3rd party tested label (nice!) and so should last 4 months. That works to 20 cents a day to provide protection for your DNA and epigenome (worth it!) and is recommended by Dr. David Sinclair as an adjunct to NMN. It has a caramelly taste which is palatable. Like all supplements in the DNA repair/protection space I take it on laboratory based evidence, not necessarily human and since I take many other supplements, I cannot narrow down my general health benefits to any one of these. I like the route dosage and price

I feel more energetic, and after a few weeks, I noticed my hair has been growing thicker as my hair is very thin on the top of my head, and after only a couple weeks of taking it every day. Now I take it by putting a dropper in my beverage of choice because it is a bit bitter. But that is just a small complaint. Other than that It's a great product!
