Immediate relief for crazy post-breastfeeding-weaning cystic acne
I was only a week into attempting to wean my little one from breastfeeding & started breaking out in painful quarter-sized cystic acne “mountains” and they weren’t just on my face. While I had been actively breastfeeding my skin was mostly great. My zits on my face are usually manageable, I get a lot of compliments on my skin. I don’t usually suffer from zits anywhere else. Usually I can get my zits under control with 2% salicylic acid spot treatment (The Ordinary serum brand is now my new fave) and zit dots day & night. I turned to these skin vitamin & supplements out of desperation, and I kid you not after taking one dose (2 gel pills + 2 capsules) within one day - the very next morning - my cystic acne mountains were 1/2 the size, skin way less inflamed, way less painful. In particular I was concerned about one on my chin bec it felt so large under my skin & bec it was right on my face. It was mostly gone after about 4 days of taking these supplements (and my usual 2% salicylic acid serum twice a day morning & night, and zit dots in various flavors after that around the clock swapping them out twice a day). Note that I had already been using my 2% salicylic acid serum and round the clock zit dots and these were not taking care of the cystic acne spots effectively or fast enough - tho when I’m not trying to wean my little one from breastfeeding I don’t have these cystic acne issues and the 2% salicylic acid serum and round the clock zit dots work just fine to nip little zits in the bud. Now that I’ve been taking these supplements daily for a couple of weeks, I’ve ordered more to keep on going. The ingredients all seem good in regards to things your body needs to stay healthy anyway (researched them all). And I’ve noticed that my pores on my head and face seem to be purging (2 weeks in). Like, I’ll feel a little bump and scratch it, and suddenly a hard little zit “plug” will just fall out of my skin (I’m shocked every time!) - it’s kind of crazy since I had no idea I had these zit plugs of sebum just hanging out in my pores that probably really needed to come out. It’s actually a gross thought considering I was under the impression my skin was “pretty good” (before attempting to wean from breastfeeding). These things are just “magically” working themselves out of my skin you guys! The instructions recommend taking 1 soft gel + 1 capsule twice a day (4 pills total, but evenly spacing them out if you can, imo to prob keep them in your system a little more evenly is my guess). However, I’ve found that just taking 2 soft gels + 2 capsules all at the same time first thing in the morning seems to be working best for me. I also prefer to take these in the morning bec I think that B vitamins tend to energize me & I don’t want it to interfere with my ability to sleep, plus having to remember to take these twice a day vs once might make it easier for me to forget the 2nd dose so I would rather not mess that up. I can take these on an empty stomach without issue. The other thing I’ve been doing is to also avoid wearing make up whenever I don’t feel I need to. I’m trying to give my face a break during this purging process. Best of luck to you all!

Great for Hidradenitis Suppurativa!
Okay so I have an autoimmune disease called Hidradenitis Suppurativa where I get painful bumps/boils on different parts of my body. During my research, I found out that a lot of people got better when they started taking vitamins so I went on a lookout. I started on the AIP diet and saw improvement. Later on, I was contacted by Innate Skin about participating on a 3 month trial for HS by taking these for three months. During the first two months, I didn't see much difference except that I noticed that the frequency of the flares had decreased and the time I had the flares had also decreased. By month three, this big flare that I had on my right armpit had decreased in size and now I don't have to bandage it because it's no longer draining (it's always been open and draining for 2 years). Well, then I got super sick and I stopped taking them since I only had 4 packets left and I was like "well maybe it's the diet and not the vitamins" since food is my trigger and I haven't been eating them. Well fast forward three weeks and I find a new triggery food. I flare on my left arm and I have a big bump that hurts, inflammed and draining. Well, I found one packet and decided to take it and see if I see improvement. The next day, inflammation has gone down considerably. Day two, inflammation still goes down and the wound is healing and closing. Day three, it no longer hurts. I can still feel the bump because it never goes away, but it doesn't hurt when I touch it and now I can wear sleeveless shirts without bandages. So from now on, I will keep buying these every month because they really do help with healing and inflammation! If you see the ingredients, they're just vitamins and it also has tumeric which is super helpful. You won't see a change quickly, but you will possibly notice a difference after month 2 (and I also recommend an elimination diet). Great product! One more thing though, I do take them while I am eating because if I take them on an empty stomach, I get nauseous.
