I used this product in an off label fashion to help semi-attractively insulate the inside of the rooftop door that was cooking our whole second floor. The door is thin and crappy but I can't get it replaced (landlord's 🙄) and I needed something that didn't look TOO tacky. This has done the trick! Our electric bill has already thanked me, And it doesn't look half bad. BE AWARE: ONCE ANY PART OF THE ADHESIVE BACKING MAKES CONTACT WITH THE SURFACE IT IS STICKING TO, YOU ARE NOT MOVING IT AGAIN. THAT PART IS STUCK AND EVERYTHING'S MOVING AROUND IT. It will not come back up without tearing and being scraped off and cleaned back to base. I suggest only removing a small corner or edge of the protective backing for each piece you're placing, lining it up very carefully before making any contact, and then smoothing it all down. I am talking you make the slightest brush against the surface would be adhesive backing and it's done for. If you do get a bubble you can poke a small hole through the foam, and just squeeze the air out from behind the panel that way. Since I was using this to insulate a wooden door I covered the door with that easier to remove adhesive vinyl that some people use for book covers and such first to protect the wood. Because this stuff is a pain to get back off.

Love the noico brand of products, I've noticed a huge improvement with noise reduction when using their products. This is my first time using the red "foam", but im expecting good results based on what results I've yielded with their black butyl product. Installation is extremely easy with this product. It has excellent adhesions even in cooler temp. It is decently easy to shape and very easy to cut. I would give this product a 10/10 based on user friendly-ness, price, shipping time and quality. Best bang for your buck product for what it is. I have used other products such as dynamat, kilmat, Houshmandzadeh and silent. That being said this is always the product I use and recommend to others

Really easy product to use. You can cut & shape it to fit really easily. Made a good difference to my van by reducing noise levels. A bit expensive for the amount of product you get. No complaints with it so far. You need to be careful applying it as once it’s stuck on it’s impossible to remove without tearing it.

Lined my van roof with this to stop the build up of condensation. I only needed half of a 3.4sqm box so have plent left over to do under the ply lining. Adheson is good, well worth using a heat gut to make sure the surfce is dry and maybe warmed up a bit to help it stick. Worth getting a roller to help apply it and don't pull it to hard or it stretches a bit.Would definetly use this again on my next van.

Bought this insulation foam to pair with sound deadening to help improve the audio in my cars. This foam works great and the adhesive is very strong. Make sure you wipe the surface clean and do a mock up of where the foam sheet will go BEFORE peeling off the backing. Once you peel the backing and stick it somewhere, it'll be stuck there and very hard to remove. Besides using as sound insulation on the doors, I've also cut these into tiny strips and use to insulate between aftermarket car speakers and their respective adapter brackets. One box of 36 sq ft goes a long way.
