I put this in all of my protein drinks to add additional nutritional value to my drinks and also this provides a good flavor. After my research I found out that when your berries are in this formation, they provide even more benefits than eating the fruit itself. I guess it's the processing of it all.

Awesome product. I make my own hot beverage of beet powder, powder goat's milk, CalMax, lysine, and of course chocolate powder. For changeup I added the blueberry powder after eating some freeze-dried blueberries as they had so much powder in the bottom of the container I mixed it in my hot chocolate & realized it was fabulous. This also looks very pretty on the tops of blueberry muffins giving it a soft brilliant blue shine. Always trying to improve my health through the natural products made by nature. I eat a DNA based diet. No fads just as the geneticist explained you can't change 10,000 years of evolution. This is an awesome little extra item. Yes might cost a bit if you don't buy it on sale but I have lists. Anytime the price lowers Amazon notifies me and I'll grab it. Hope some of you can come up with fun ways to use this. It is great in smoothies or even making blueberry milk.

I love this stuff I add it to my Oat fiber powder with water and drink a glass daily.
