Very effective. Works slowly, but is well worth it.
To give some history, I am 39 and had a miscarriage last year. After the miscarriage, my hormones seemed to go bonkers with one of my first symptoms being an increase in cystic acne along my chin and neck. From there, I was running about 10 - 12 miles a week and the weight from being pregnant would not budge and it would not come off. My body seemed to start changing shape. What's more, approximately 4 - 5 months after the miscarriage my periods just stopped. I had restless sleep and couldn't seem to sleep all the way through the night. I would get PMS symptoms before what seemed like my time of the month should be coming and nothing would materialize. I tried a few different herbal remedies and thought that those might help. After taking them for a month or more, I would find that nothing had changed. I went to an OBGYN regarding my missing periods (also called secondary ammenorhea) and he took a few blood samples for testing. All of my tests came back normal, and they said they didn't know what could possibly be causing me to not have periods. Since it took over a month to get into to see a doctor, I didn't know what to do next. I started taking Amy Myer's EstroProtect, which is a great product, but very expensive and it contains caffeine which was making the insomnia worse. However, I noticed that it had started to, very slowly, clear up the acne. I read the ingredients label and noticed that EstroProtect contains DIM, as well as the black pepper extract (bioperine), and the Calcium D-Glucarate. I looked up comparable products that didn't have the caffeine that EstroProtect had and found this. Plus this has a drastically more affordable price tag. I've been taking this version of DIM for over a month now and have seen drastic, almost miraculous improvements in my skin. It's not only that the acne is gone, it's that the tone and clarity have improved. In fact, I don't think my skin has ever been this beautiful and clear. What's more, while I've always seemed to have a small of problem with facial acne - though never as bad as after this miscarriage - I've ALWAYS had a problem with acne cysts on my chest and back. Always. And those have miraculously disappeared. My sleep patterns have improved. My weight has not decreased, but my body shape is going back to what it was pre-miscarriage. My menstrual cycles have not yet normalized. I am using progesterone cream to also help those along. However, this last period, while not necessarily normal because of length, showed marked improvement with regards to PMS symptoms. I barely had any cramps, the bleeding was manageable and all other PMS symptoms were very light or non-existent. I wanted to leave this review just because I feel like this product has really worked well. It works slowly, but is very effective. I would definitely recommend this to others experiencing similar hormonal imbalances. I do believe I'm suffering from estrogen dominance and this has really been a game-changer for me.

Works well
This works extremely well to help with menopause symptoms. It does have a slight smell that is a little off but totally worth it for what it provides.

The pills are 100% from natural sources
My doctor recommend me to get the DIM capsules as a supplement my hormone therapy replacement. It was good for balance you body to regulate dosis in your medication between pellets and you own natural hormone levels. I recommend it to everyone who is in the menopausal range.

Cheaper than the brand name
I've been encouraged to take BioTe brand of DIMs. It is just too expensive. I found this and believe it is a good substitution. The 150mg was important to me. Many brands only offer 200mg as the lowest.

I had multiple hot flashes per day, sometimes 30 per day. I've been taking these for about five months. It had gotten to the point where I would have a hot flash and think, "wow, I haven't had one of those in awhile" and they were less severe. I didn't know if it was the pills or if I was just getting to the end of menopause. Well, I just got back from a vacation and I forgot to pack the pills. I didn't take them for 10 days and now I know - IT'S THE PILLS!! I had awful flashes all during vacation. The pills work! I am so happy to know they work and so happy to have found them. Now, this is my own experience, I hope others are able to find the same relief.
