I bought this in June 2025. I waited to write a review so I had experience to write about. We play a lot of cards. We have played hundreds of games since we made this purchase. Here are my observations. 1. When we play Wizards, it is great because the cards are plastic coated. This is a definite must when using this devise. Plastic cards never get stuck. 2. This devise makes playing go much faster. We can easily play three games in the time it took to play two games. This is both Wizards and Five Crowns. 3. If you play Five Crowns, the buttons to draw a card are fabulous. 4. Five Crowns cards are not plastic costed so you have to use a new deck or the cards start to stick. When they stick, you'll get two or more cards dealt instead of one. Totally defeats the purpose and drives you crazy. Buy new cards when this happens. Here are some tips. 1. Play on a smooth surface so the cards easily slide. I use a vinyl tablecloth. 2. You can tilt the machine to take out the deck to reshuffle. There will be one card in the slot ready to be dealt. I don't pull that one out. I don't like pulling backwards on the wheel. Just leave it and shuffle the rest. 3. I will say it again. Use plastic cards. 4. Beware that to use the buttons, you can't rotate the machine to change the dealing order unless you also rotate the buttons. Rotating the machine reorients where each paired button is located. For example, if my button is number 1 and I rotate the machine clockwise by one person, the machine now thinks it is giving a card to the person beside me when I push my button. Either don't get hung up over the order of who gets the first card or move the buttons when you rotate the machine. We just leave it in one position. 4. The directions for pairing aren't the best. Since we switch game, it is sometimes a month or more between me needing to pair buttons. Heck if I can remember how to do it so I made my own note that I could better understand. 5. Buy plastic cards. Seriously. 6. If you aren't using buttons then just rotate the machine each hand to deal to the correct first person. 7. When playing Five Crowns, leave the machine sit and make two discard piles so people can reach the last card discarded. Then you don't have to keep moving the machine. You can see what's discarded, but you can reach the last card. Moving the machine is a pain because you need space to sit it. 7. Turn it off to charge it. The instructions say to not let the battery go dead. I charge it after each time we play. I have only ever used two bars of power after hours of playing. I charge it and unplug it as soon as it shows a full battery. It doesn't take very long to charge. Maybe an hour at the most after running it for 5 hours (I said we play a lot!). I use the same cord as the one to charge my Android phone. 8. It has many options for specific games. To me, that's confusing. I just program it and stay on the first screen. It takes a minute to learn how to use it. I am the only person who knows how to program it. No one else wants to learn. Everyone who sees it wants to buy one but they are afraid to program it. Really, it's not hard. You just have to pay attention to what you are doing. I have hit the deal button when I wanted to shuffle. No big deal (pun not intended). I have hit deal before I updated the number of cards for the hand. I just turn it off to stop it, set it correctly, and redeal the hand. Annoying user error, but not a huge problem. Tells me I am cut off from the wine is all! I think that's everything we love about it and tips to make it easier. We all agree it is amazing. We are going on vacation soon and we are sorry we can't take it along. I would be afraid to pack it for flying. We aren't sure we can play without it because we are spoiled. We can't think of another expensive gadget that we used as much as this, that what it says it will do, and we believe is totally worth the price. If you play cards then you won't regret buying this. This is especially true if people playing are older or have hand issues that make shuffling and dealing difficult. This is my number one best buy of the year. Totally extravagant but worth it. We love it...as long as we use plastic cards (LOL).

The most fun way to play cards with friends!!

Amazing! With a large family, having 8 paired remotes to draw cards for individuals is great. “Hit me!” and press the number of times for cards you want. It was somewhat confusing though, that, although the remotes have embossed player numbers 1 through 12, it came with 2 sets of 4 remotes (you can order 4 more but they would also be numbered 1 through 4), each with a pointer set to 1, 2, 3 or 4 and the embossed pointer cannot be changed. However, each remote can be paired for dealing or “picking” a card by easily programming in sequence before beginning the game. Friends and family were amazed how well it shuffles and flawlessly deals the programmed number of cards to the programmed number of players, even an extra card or hand, if programmed. The directions are very clear with easy to follow programming. For someone with arthritis, it’s no longer an effort to be dealer - there is Zechnox to shuffle and deal for you and everyone else. And it comes with a really cool deck of cards to begin.

Myself and a group of older friends get together and play UNO. But when it was one’s turn to shuffle and deal it was to some of us an unpleasant but necessary chore. After researching available automatic card shuffler/dealers I ordered this one for our group. The smooth quiet operation of the unit pleased us and quickly added to everyone’s enjoyment. During an evening of play one of the button remotes suddenly wasn’t working. I contacted the seller by email and received an unexpectedly quick reply. Upon hearing about the issue I was promised a replacement button. Two days later I received not ONE button but four to offset my inconvenience. A quality product followed by true customer service is a rare delight these days.
