Surprisingly good value
I needed a new UPS for my living room (I have a TV, a mini-PC, monitor, PS5 & Xbox). The one I was using that was rated for 400W was not able to consistently handle the load if I was doing something intensive on 2 devices (it would start squealing because more power was going out than was coming in). On paper this one says it can handle 500W but it was much cheaper than others with a similar capacity, so I was wary, but decided to give it a shot.I've never had any issues with it in the month or so I've had it. I've tried to push as much of a load as I can by running everything at once and it was fine. I measured 409 W maximum load - normal load while having the PC & monitor running and streaming on my TV is about 150-160WFYI this is what I used to measure the load: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08GSPLZBN

Works great. Beeping (during power failure) is too frequent.
Has functioned well. Kept our WIFI running (allowed us to view RADAR) during a tornado that struck our community. Beeping is annoying. I'll likely open it up and disconnect the beeper.

So far so good.
I am using this UPS battery to power my Modem and Router in order to keep my network running for a while during a power outage,So far it has not let me down during any of the frequent brief outages caused by high winds.Of course, longer outages will eventually exhaust the battery.

JUNK! Product stopped working in less than one year.
I bought this UPS in August of 2022. We had a major power outage in July 2023…this piece of junk did not work whatsoever, it just beeped every 30 seconds, and provided no power at all to what I thought were my protected devices. Yes, I selected the appropriate UPS per device aggregate load demand. I contacted the seller (Triplenet Inc.) and told them that I wanted to exercise my rights under the warranty. The seller said that they can’t accept the product for warranty returns after 30 days, and they further stated that “I” now have to waste my work time trying to contact the manufacturer to either get a replacement or refund. What terrible customer service. When your new Mercedes, GM, or Ford, etc… vehicle fails to function due to a manufacturer’s defect…you normally take the car back to the dealership…the dealership doesn’t tell you, “sorry, contact Ford/GM, Mercedes, etc…”. I could probably use this pile of junk UPS as a door stop or boat anchor.

Decent enough
Good price … others have commented on not being able to silence the power out beep. I was concerned about this at first but it occurred to me that this could wake me if the outage was during the night. Otherwise might not know until morning. I use this to support a cable modem and a wifi router. A test gave me 2 hrs of power. Other solutions I tried using lithium battery backups weren’t good enough.

Loud Beeping during entire duration of power outage
It seems to work. But it makes a loud beep every few seconds during any power outage. There is no setting to avoid the beep or make it less loud.
