I’m not a fan of the rosemary and thyme flavors in my tallow. Aside from that it’s fine, a matter of taste.

I need to make a revise of my earlier post . Originally it was amazing but within a week, one of these that I bought started to get what look like mold and smelled really bad on it . Was told that I can’t return it because it’s a food product . I did also receive another one of the same company by the second week. It also smelled really bad . I have another brand that I bought that I’ve been using before, but it wasn’t flavored like smoked flavored or thyme and rosemary so I thought I would try these, but I guess the process of putting smoke flavored in it or the Simon and Rosemary made it go bad . I definitely would not buy it again especially for the price that I spent on the two I bought I believe was 7 pounds of this other brand in a bucket and I’ve had it now for several weeks and it’s the fourth time I’ve actually bought this brand and never yet has it ever smelled bad . Note ; it almost impossible to get the lids off also . I don’t have it in a cold environment so I have to run warm water over the lid to get it to come off . Even then it’s just hard to remove the lid . Can’t really recommend

This for me is an excellent tallow. The smokiness it gives my food is tasty. As s matter of fact I just purchased more. That's the only downside it doesn't last. But over all you can"t go wrong with this purchase
