We got two of these for our security gates. The gates have boxes that prevent bolt cutters from being used to defeat any lock. Frustrated, vandals sometimes use superglue or epoxy to make normal key locks unusable. With the Magnetic Padlock, most who try to destroy it will be thwarted by the lack of any keyhole. While not the stoutest lock, its unique method of unlocking adds an additional level of security.
