I wouldn't recommend it, it might take the gold off.

I use it on my Rolex watch, but it doesn’t have diamonds.

Wish I had an answer for you - the Company claims that the cloths still work even tho they are "black" with tarnish. I have bought the whole can so I may try to sacrifice one(or not) by washing it. Sorry I can't be more helpful!
