I am an herbalist and have my own comfrey plant. I've been using comfrey internally (I know, I know...I'm not dead yet!) and externally for about 60 years. Helped me heal a VERY broken leg (including the growth plate) to the point where I have no pain or dysfunction in that leg. Using this oil now to help post-shoulder surgery. I didn't have any oil on hand (shame on me!) so I bought this and it's good. Of course, now I am making some, but this was good in a pinch, and I was glad to find this. It's well made.
