I really like my Whoop. It provides everything I need to monitor my health. The Sleep information is very helpful as I have sleep issues. The AI has also been very helpful. I have asked it why I might be tired and it answers based on 30 days of looking at my activity level, sleep information, recovery and other parameters. I also like the blood pressure option. It is an estimate but I check it with a blood pressure cuff and jt is pretty close.

Good quality but the adjustment notches are too far apart and it's not possible to dial in a good fit unless your wrist sizes perfectly to one of the notches. On one notch it's uncomfortably tight but if I loosen it one hole it's too loose and I don't get good data. It's a shame because I wanted to like this

Use it for running, lifting, swimming, and everyday wear. So far it's great! Durability, adjustable fit, and sporty design!

Way better than the cloth bands. Why its $60 is beyond me. I cant imagine these things having a lot of cost to make them. The cost brings it down to 3 stars for me. I feel taken advantage of. Its a piece of rubber.

I love the SportFlex band. It’s been a great upgrade from the basic band. I have narrow wrists but it fits fine. I don’t find myself adjusting it as much as I did the knit band. It’s amazing to shower in and it’s quick and easy to dry. I’d definitely recommend.

Ich nutze das Sportflex Armband jetzt seit ein paar Tagen und bin echt zufrieden. Das Material ist angenehm weich, schneidet nicht ein und lässt sich leicht anpassen. Beim Training sitzt es fest genug, dass nichts verrutscht, aber trotzdem bequem für den ganzen Tag – sogar beim Schlafen stört es nicht. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig und das An- und Ablegen geht schnell und unkompliziert. Für mich eine klare Verbesserung gegenüber den Standardbändern.
