I have been having ankle pain on the outside of my left ankle for the past month or so. I've tried regular ice packs but I have to put my leg on top of the ice pack, which is of course awkward. I found the cold wrap so decided it was worth a shot.It feels wonderful! I put it on upside-down I believe, the soft side against my skin, not the plasticky side. It does make it a bit harder to secure, but so far I haven't had any issues.I do have large feet (10-11 wide width women shoes) and the icepack wraps fully around my foot and ankle. It could be a bit bigger, but it fits, which is the important part.It seems to be a high-quality product. I don't see anywhere that it might come apart easily. It is lighter than I expected, which is a nice bonus.I haven't tried walking with it on, but I see no reason there would be a problem.

I have neuropathy in my feet and these are excellent to wear prior to going to bed. I had a hard time sleeping because my feet were always burning. These cool my nerves, and reduce swelling so I can sleep.

Works well for my Achilles tendinitis. Only thing I would change is maybe adding straps on the inside to hold ice in place while putting it on.

This product is terrific holding cold to sore or swollen ankles. No more messing around with packs of frozen peas trying to get them in the right place. No mess and always ready, great product!

These are wonderful! I have a stress fracture on the top of my foot so I wrap them when I take the boot off and relieves the pain!

I haven’t even tried these yet, but am surprised to find only 1 wrap with 2 hot/cold packs. I assumed there would be 2 wraps considering there are 2 hot/cold packs, not to mention most people have 2 feet. The quality seems great. Will see how they hold up, but may end up wrapping the second hot/cold packs on with an ace bandage or something. Would have paid more for 2 wraps!!!

So glad I found these gel pack wraps! They work well (either when frozen or just refrigerated) in reducing the swelling and pain in my feet and ankles. The fit is perfect and easy to use. I bought the two pack. They have been a god-send!
