The only thing that went bad on my previous one was that the little plastic “bellows or diaphragm looking thing that you press to start it finally cracked & I couldn’t use it anymore. Anyway, I figure 12 years of daily excellent use for what That does for me?? Come on! EASILY WORTH A12 on a scale of 1-5. Go buy you one now! ONE QUICK TIP: on top of the filter that you change every 2 months.: BE SURE TO MARK THE DAY YOU NEED TO REPLACE IT BY, not the day you put the new one in.
