I was able to use this with a new 24 pin power supply to replace my old power supply that has 14 pins. It would make life much more difficult without it. It doesn't have the best looks, and it doesn't need to. It just simply works. So far so good.

This made it easy for me to transfer my Lenovo motherboard to a standard ATX case with power supply. Reasonable price!

I moved the motherboard out of my old P300 lenovo thinkstation and the ATX PSU i had only had the 24pin and 8pin (2x4 clipped together), this clipped right onto the 24 pin connector and right into the motherboard, power button works great
