I like that this product goes 'under the nose' like my Dreamwear full face mask; however, there is no vertical adjustment option to ensure it stays snug under the nose and not leak when using higher pressures. The Dreamwear full face mask uses a dual adjustment strap that sort of does a better job but could also use a redesign in my opinion. I'm happy with the product. It is easy to take off and easier to put on than the Dreamwear full face mask with the dangling straps and magnets clinging to everything. And I appreciate not feeling as smothered, since my mouth is free. I can also drink water and take my meds with this nasal mask on which is a big plus! The full face mask definitely helped prevent my mouth from opening while sleeping, as it applies enough pressure to do so. My mouth opening was a big problem with the original nose-covering mask and the full face mask that covers both nose and mouth. This nasal-only, below the nose, mask applies a bit of pressure on my upper lip that seems to help a bit more with mouth leaks than the original nasal mask, which covered the whole nose but allowed my mouth to blow open - As does the full face mask: which I know confuses a lot of us who thought positive pressure on both the mouth and nose would prevent the mouth from blowing open...nope! So this product works for me. It's not quite as effective as the Dreamwar full face mask but it's less fiddly, less confining/smothering and it's a lot less expensive. Lastly, this item is a lot easier to clean than the full face version which has white plastic valves that cannot be cleaned on the inside. Also, the durability of this simple design is somewhat superior to the Dreamwear full face mask which uses two materials bonded together, a clear plastic facing and a soft rubber gasket. Over time, and with accidental compression, these materials can separate causing leaks. I've tried to fix these leaks but no luck. Happy so far. I wish it could be adjusted vertically and made in more custom sizes - given how cheaply a product like this can be made.

This headgear will fit with your mask for your Phillips Dreamweaver CPAP machine perfectly. I use the under the nose mask which came with a single band to hold it in place, but I like this double band better, so my mask doesn't slip during the times I move around so much. It's easy to use and easy to clean & the straps are adjustable. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a tighter fit for their mask.

Currently use a nasal pillow. Wanted to try the full mask, so got this and the headgear strap from the same seller. Negative reviews left me doubtful, but the price was right so I gave it a try. Ordered Sunday 5/9, received Weds 5/12 - I'm in Honolulu and this is lightning fast delivery. First, mask was new, came in sealed plastic with a really genuine looking label. The strap was in a genuine looking box. Both the mask and the strap look, feel, smell genuine. The mask snapped tightly onto my original frame, the strap fit perfectly as well (I had to remove the hard plastic extender used with the pillow). Did a leak test, with CPAP machine pressure and NO leaks. If these items are fakes, they're really good fakes. IMHO, these are genuine Philips Respironics products at a truly affordable price. Cost for mask and strap $23 plus Hi taxes.

Like most others have said, this will fit a ResMed F30i mask. All you need to do is swap the ResMed plastic magnets with the ones that come with this one. It feels much better and even higher quality compared to the ResMed version. Better velcro as well. The price is absolutely amazing compared to the ResMed version also. I bought an extra just to have ready. Definitely get this if you have a F30i!

I did not think I would find a head gear to fit. I am not a one size fits all kind of gal. Men headgear are way to big. Because I found an actual medium mask, and purchased the recommended head gear, my medium sized head fits. The only negative is the magnetic closure. It does not seem very reliable because I toss and turn all night all. Time will tell. If it does not hold up I will update this review. Update. Within two months the headgear was stretched out. I love the mask that i purchased. The magnets are surprisingly reliable. I just cannot find headgear to fit.
