Does it have a strong smell?

No the nail prep and the extra bond doesnt smell to bad.. but the other stuff that goes with the acrylic powder does.. but I will say this. I have use the total system bout 6 times and I love it.. and bout to order more.

Yes they are used together. These goes on first then you start to do the system of of the acrylic and monomer.
