I love taking this food supplement. It has contributed to my health in significant way. I have noticed energy levels have increased and I feel more happier. I take them along with Natures Way Veggies supplement which adds an extra positive to my healthy streak. Taking three, three times a day is too expensive for me but it is good to do so if you are trying to combat certain ailments. Normally I would take one along with two veggie supplements every morning 15 minutes before breakfast. Drink with at least 10 -16 ounces of water. Give them a try.
