At first, I wasn’t too impressed with the flavor of the meringue cookies, but I did enjoy the light texture and satisfying crunch. They have a nice crispness that makes them enjoyable to snack on. I reached out to the company about my experience, and they were very responsive and helpful, which I really appreciated. Because of their great customer service, I’m open to trying other flavors to see if I find one I like better.

Well they are pretty alright, like to me they have a texture almost of a dehydrated marshmallow I’d say, and its not overly sweet which I like, but just a warning that it’s probably the fiber, but it can upset your stomach if you eat more than the serving size.

i wish i could return them :( a little sad that they weren’t that classic crunchy outside/melt in your mouth inside that you get with meringues. they also taste kind of funky. i think mine went bad, so i threw them out. waste of money edit: the company was able to refund without issue, which i appreciate. but i was so excited to enjoy these so im still a little bummed :/

UPDATE: while I stand by my review that these simply didn't work for me, I do want to give a shout out to the caliber of this company. Upon reading my review, they offered me a full refund, and never once pressured me to change or delete my review as some companies have done. I think that shows a lot of class and integrity. Since reviews should reflect not only the product, but the company as well, I'm changing my review to 4 stars (unsolicited). I wanted to love these, but mostly they just dissolved in my mouth and stuck to my teeth. Flavor and texture just aren't for me.

These are ok tasting. But, I got them today, 9/26 and the best by date was last month = 8/13/25. Would like to taste them in their peak period, not after their best by date. :(
